Data & Privacy

1. Export Your Data

You can request a copy of all the personal data we hold about you. In the Zaya app, go to your Profile tab and tap Export My Data. You can also email privacy@zayalabs.com with the subject “Data Export Request.”

2. Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Zaya account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1: In the App

1. Open the Zaya app and go to your Profile tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm the first prompt acknowledging that this action is permanent.
4. Confirm the second prompt to proceed with deletion.

Your account and data will be deleted immediately.

Option 2: By Email

Send a request to privacy@zayalabs.com from the email address associated with your account. Include “Delete My Account” in the subject line. We will process your request within 30 days.

3. What Data Is Deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove the following:

• Account & profile information — username, email, date of birth, gender, height, and size preferences
• Photos & avatars — all uploaded selfies, avatars, and processed images
• Chat history — all conversations with the AI stylist, including AI-generated memories and context
• Virtual try-on results — all try-on images, cached results, garments, and backdrops
• Wardrobe & saved outfits — all saved items, outfits, and wardrobe entries
• Interaction history & preferences — likes, dislikes, feed impressions, and style preferences
• Login credentials — your authentication account is permanently removed

4. What May Be Retained

In limited cases, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

• Anonymized, aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to you
• Records required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution

In-app deletion takes effect immediately. Email requests are processed within 30 days. Once deletion is complete, your data cannot be recovered.

5. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data (see above)
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of certain data processing
