Child safety standards

Last updated: October 18, 2026

These are the standards of Zaya, the try-on app from Zaya Labs, Inc., against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). They apply to the Zaya app on iOS and Android, to zaya.style, and to everyone who uses them.

1. What we don't allow

Zaya has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation. Nobody may use Zaya to make, share, ask for or link to:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind, whether real, simulated or made with AI
  • Anything that sexualizes a minor, including putting a minor in revealing or sexualized clothing
  • Grooming or enticing a minor, or threatening to share images of a minor (sextortion)
  • Trafficking a minor, or advertising a minor for sex

These rules are part of our Terms of Service.

2. How Zaya protects young people

  • Everything Zaya shows someone else, whether a link page, an ask or something sent to a friend, shows the pieces from the catalog, never a photo or a try-on of a person.
  • There are no public profiles, no search, no messages and no free text between people. Nobody joins someone's circle unless that person accepts them.
  • Accounts that say they're under 18, or haven't given a date of birth, can't ask friends, add friends or send anything to friends, and can't try on swimwear, underwear or sleepwear.
  • Swimwear, underwear and sleepwear never appear on an ask, a share card or anything sent to a friend, whoever's account it is.

3. How to report

  • In the app: use Report on anything a friend sends you, or on anyone in your circle, and pick “It involves a child”.
  • On zaya.style: an ask's page has “Report this page” at the bottom. No account is needed.
  • An intimate image: use our removal request.
  • To NCMEC directly: the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org (opens in a new tab) or 1-800-843-5678.

If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.

4. What we do about it

  • We review reports that involve a child before any others.
  • We remove the material from Zaya and suspend the account behind it.
  • We report child sexual abuse material to NCMEC, as US law requires, and work with law enforcement.
  • We never tell anyone who reported them.
