Safety on Zaya
Last updated: October 18, 2026
Zaya is for trying clothes on yourself. Your try-ons stay private unless you share them. Here's how to report something that's wrong, and what happens after you do.
On this page
1. What other people see
Everything Zaya shows someone else, whether a link page, an ask or something you send a friend in the app, shows the pieces from the catalog, never your photo or a try-on of you. The only picture of you that leaves Zaya is one you preview and share yourself.
There are no public profiles, no search and no messages, and nobody joins your circle unless you accept them.
2. Report something in the app
Anything a friend sends you, and anyone in your circle, has a Report option. Pick what's wrong from the list. You don't need to explain, and the person isn't told who reported them.
3. Report a page on zaya.style
An ask's page has “Report this page” at the bottom. You don't need the app or an account to use it.
4. Block someone
Blocking someone takes them out of your circle, and neither of you can send the other anything. They aren't told.
5. An intimate image of you
If an intimate image of you is on Zaya without your consent, including one made or changed with AI, ask us to remove it. We remove it within 48 hours of a valid request, and look for copies too.
6. A child at risk
If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
Report anything on Zaya that sexualizes or exploits a child with the reason “It involves a child”. We look at those reports first. You can also report it straight to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children at report.cybertip.org (opens in a new tab) or 1-800-843-5678.
Our child safety standards say what we don't allow and what we do about it.
7. What happens after you report
- Reports go to a small review team at Zaya. We never tell anyone who reported them.
- We look at reports involving a child first, then intimate images, which we act on within 48 hours, then everything else, usually within a day.
- If something breaks our Terms, we take it down: its link or ask stops working and the look is removed. We may also suspend the account behind it.
- We report child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children, as US law requires.
